All common areas such as elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms and lobbies including windows and glass doors will be cleaned according to the agreed on standards outlined in a customized monthly agreement which will be tailored to your budget and  specific needs.

We offer monthly agreements for small buildings as low as $80.00 for bi-weekly service and $160.00 for weekly service.

Additional cleaning packages can be added on on an as needed bases e.g. banisters and hand rails, light fixtures or tiled walls

Nothing more important than showing off your finished product to your buyer and hand it over turn key ready to move in.

Once all your contractors are done and gone, we will take charge of eliminating all traces of the hard work that went into the project. it's the last step before your clients claim their new home.

Pricing varies depending on the size of the residence. A 2 bedroom condo remodle starts at $400.00
